Your tracking number and link arrive by email when the order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to activate it.

6. Delivery notes

• Santoli Napoli is not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the carrier.
• Check your shipping address before you order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

7. Lost or delayed packages

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, email info@santolinapoli.com with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier and sort it out with you.
