the shirt or pants unworn, tags intact if attached, in the original packaging.

how it works

email us at info@santolinapoli.com with your order number. we send you a prepaid us return label. you drop it off. we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

exchanges

size or color exchange, same process, no charge either direction.

what's not covered

worn, washed, or damaged returns can't be accepted. we're strict here because we want the next customer to receive a shirt that's actually new.

international

we ship to the united states only for now.
