  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please note: During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.

2. Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

We currently ship across the United States with the following delivery options:

    Available on all orders.
  • Standard Shipping — Delivery within 3–5 business days
    Flat rate: $9.99
  • Express Shipping — Delivery within 1–2 business days
    Flat rate: $14.99
  • Complimentary Shipping on Orders Over $200
    Automatically applied at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

4. Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Santoli Napoli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the parcel has been handed over.
  • We recommend ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Santoli Napoli ships exclusively within the United States. We are working toward expanding our international shipping network soon — stay tuned for updates.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@santolinapoli.com with your order number.
Our support team will promptly coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a suitable resolution.
