Santoli Napoli – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Santoli Napoli, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment. Each piece is designed in Napoli to deliver elegance, comfort, and timeless style.

If for any reason your purchase isn’t right, we’re here to assist with a clear, fair, and structured return process.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Free from any signs of wear, including stains, odors, or marks

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.


2. Free Returns

We offer free returns within the eligible return period for items that meet our return conditions.

To initiate a return, approval is required. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

To qualify for a free return, items must be returned:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original packaging and tags intact

Returns are accepted only from the country of original delivery.


3. Product-Specific Return Conditions

To maintain the highest quality and presentation standards across our collections, the following conditions apply:

Shirts (Italian Collar & Mandarin Collar)

Due to the nature of our linen shirts and their internal packaging:

  • Shirts returned in perfect, unopened condition are eligible for a full refund
  • Shirts that have been removed from their internal packaging, tried on, or returned with altered/missing packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking and repackaging fee

This ensures that every Santoli shirt maintains the standard expected by all customers.

Pants & Shorts

Pants and shorts are eligible for free returns, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

4. Exchanges (Recommended)

If you need a different size or style, we strongly recommend requesting an exchange.

Our team will prioritize sending a replacement quickly, allowing you to receive the correct fit without waiting for a full refund cycle.


5. Return Approval Process

To start a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and next steps.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

Shipping fees (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final-sale or discounted items marked as “Non-returnable”
  • Gift cards

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
